hi i bought this software last year the full version the premium one i used the mcebuddy software a few times then i did not use the software for a long while until about 5 days ago i go to the premium page link it says login so i login with my username and password but it does not login and i cant download new version of mcebuddy software so i need the mcebuddy team to fix this
It depends on what package you purchased for eg did you purchase the 12 month or 36 month updates license, you can access updates for that period of time. You can continue using your installed version of MCEBuddy for the life of your computer - there’s no restriction on that.
The licensing (Premium access subscription) username and password used to download the software are assigned and were sent to you in an email.
They are different than the forum username and password used to login to these forums.
Make sure you’re not trying to download the software with the forum username and password as that might be what is happening to you.
