How do I get the program to work?

After selecting cuts neither the remove button nor process with process with mcebuddy is available and I can’t go any further. How can I contact a live person to get help with the problem? Can you supply me a name and contact phone number so I can get help with the issue? Give me a time when someone who can solve my problem is available!

This is the support forum. Can you attach screenshots of your issue. Have you installed MCEBuddy on the same machine where you’re using Custom Cuts?
