Conversions stop when custom command begins

Several days ago my MCEBuddy conversion tasks and monitored locations disappeared and I seem to have made an error in the settings when setting it back up.

When I add a video to be converted it stops and disappears when the custom commands begin. I included the log for one of them below, hoping somebody might be able to translate what the issue is so that I can correct it.

I tried to share the log info below but new users can only have three links in a post, I’ve attached the log file and hopefully its in a format that can be read

It looks like some files are missing, could be a bad install. Also it appears you’re running an outdated version of MCEBuddy (about 5 releases old). Try using the latest beta build (they’re quite stable)

Thank you Goose, I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled the latest stable build and the conversions immediately popped to life.
