Changelog for 2.7.1 Beta

The readme file in the 2.7.1_BETA folder in the premium access area only details changes up to version 2.6.7. Is there a more up-to-date changelog I can follow, or a bug tracker, to know what is being worked on in the current beta?

It looks like the topic you posted in, “Changelog for 2.7.1 Beta,” doesn’t have the information you’re looking for, and a quick search didn’t turn up a more recent changelog within the “General Support / Questions” category.

I’ll try searching for “changelog” across all categories to see if there’s a more general or updated one available.

Thanks for pointing that out, the html readme hadn’t been updated but it has been now. Please check the latest beta build folder.

Thanks for sharing the new build! I was a bit surprised the release notes didn’t mention the ongoing audio offset bug. It’s a significant issue that’s been affecting users for a while, and I think it deserves a clear acknowledgment—especially since it took quite a bit of digging on my end to pinpoint MCEBuddy as the source of the delay.
It took a couple of weeks of back-and-forth before the root cause was identified, and I’ve personally been noticing this for years without realizing it was tied to MCEBuddy. I doubt I’m the only one. A quick note in the changelog would go a long way in helping others avoid the same rabbit hole.
Thanks for your continued efforts to keep improving the app—it’s appreciated

Will the updated MP4Box allow for future features such as naming and marking subtitles with forced flags, etc.

Thanks for updating that. I also see you’ve since also added “Fixed an issue where the GUI would hang if there are thousands of files in the queue being processed very quickly”. I’ve encountered that one myself while rebuilding my history file. I wasn’t going to complain, but I’m so glad to see you’ve proactively addressed it. This is the mark of a passion project!
