Unable to access beta site

I purchased your product on 11/10/25. I am attempting to download the latest beta copy to get OCR. I am unable to reach the site after signing in and after a few attempts, a message pops up that says I purchased a legacy copy and I can’t download the file. Can you help me?

Since you purchased your product on 11/10/25, your license would be a recent, non-legacy license, and you should have access to the latest beta version that includes OCR.
