Hi, I’m a relative newbie, the software has suddenly stopped removing ads, it did for a while but I have no idea why it’s stopped. Any help would be apprecitated. My logs are in the following share location:
I’m running v2.7
Many thanks

According to the logs it found and cut 3 commercials. Are there more commercials or were they partially cut?

Hi, I’ve just checked again and it’s definitely not getting rid of the adverts, not even partially.
Many thanks
Try tweaking your comskip ini file. It will likely need to be adjusted to localize it for your channel/sources. You can try making it more aggressive (the default is tuned to work on 90% of commercials across the world, so you may need to turn up the aggressiveness or what it’s looking for to identify adverts). See the custom comskip ini page for more details on how to create your own custom ini file or you could also try using one of the community created custom comskip ini files and see if any of them work better for you.
There’s a tool included with some built in help which can assist you with creating a custom comskip ini file and explain what each parameter does and how to adjust it for your recording sources.
