For some reason I can’t get remote access to work.
I have the PC running it IP address put in, kept port the default, added it to my router port forwarding.
Currently I’m just trying to get it to work on LAN.
It looks like it’s connecting to the remote LAN IP you’ve configured. Are you saying you can’t connect from outside your home network? If so check a few things
- The engine send a UPnP port forwarding request to the router. The router must support UPnP and you can check the port forwarding tables on your router to see if it’s working otherwise set it up manually.
- Check your local computer firewall where the engine is installed. If it’s blocking the port from a public ip source address then it can interfere with the combinations. Try disabling the firewall and work backwards.
