Regex failing on name filter

Having trouble getting a regex to work on selection filter/file name match. Testing the regex on online utilities works, but fails in MCEBuddy.

“regex:.+\\recorded tv\\plex\\.+” is what i have in the field, and it should grab anything in “*\recorded tv\plex*”, but it’s not. What am I missing?

It only checks the filename (including extension) and not the filepath. Check your regex to check only against the filename.
