I don’t know what I am doing wrong but I can’t seem to get MceBuddy to purge videos after they have been converted. I had to write a PowerShell script to purge all videos more than 3 days old. It works but it seems like I must have some config setting incorrectly configured.
If you want to delete the original video after you convert it, when you setup a monitor location, under expert settings, tick ‘delete original file’. So, go to settings, select a monitor location, chose Change then click Expert settings and tick delete original file.
Ahhhhhhh, I didn’t have that set.
If you manually add files for processing, you’ll want to go into Settings then General settings and tick delete manually added files, too.
