Conversions not starting anymore

I have used Buddy for many months and manually it works well

I have it all setup to automatically search my folders for mkv and avi files.

The AVI are set to be converted to mp4 and the MKV are remuxed to mp4…

I have the conversion schedule set up correctly (I think) and press start after configuring and it show "resume"
I want this checking 24/7 so have the schedule from 12.01am to 12.00pm…

I have tried many many combinations and settings but it is not searching (or not finding)

Any suggestions?

Attach a screenshot or your MCEBuddy.log file. You’ve probably missed a setting somewhere. Weekdays?

Ok looks like a permisson or network connection is the problem…

I am confused here.
I have Buddy running on a win 10 PC and I have my media on a Synology NAS.
The NAS locations are mapped drives and those mapped drives are what i have used in Buddy.

What network Connection User Credentials do I use?
The win 10 or the NAS ?
And what goes in Domain name?
