I have the same problem with reboots like Will & Grace in particular, but with other complications. You will need to use the advanced conversion overrides to add rule that forces shows with that name (Titans) to the TVDB Show ID. This feature has been added in today’s 2.4.10 BETA build if the title contains the premiere year, it will parse it and match it accordingly so the correct series years are matched up.
