Did you take a look at the conversation logs to see what’s going on? Attach it here. Can’t do anything without it

The Cleaning Lady (2022) - S03E09 - From the Ashes.ts-Convert to MP4-2024-05-16T17-46-27.log (4.7 MB)
Here is the TV show not scanning in properly in PLEX the other shows are scanning in okay
Also, you didn’t say anything about the Quadro P2200 Video card taking over the workload freeing up my CPU which is Intel(R) Core™ i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz with 32 gigs of ram

From the logs, your nvidia driver is too old:

Regarding the naming, I see that the information it gathered regarding the show is:

I don’t see any issues here, you could also verify.

I see that the converted file is supposed to put into

Destination Path → G:\TV Shows

This is the root folder and under this it should create a folder structure that Plex compatible (Show name\Season X\ …)

However at the end of the conversion I see that it was cancelled

ERROR> → Job cancelled, killing process

So I have no idea where the file would have ended up had the conversion succeeded. Will need a full conversion to see where the file ends up.

Also, it may help to manually delete and force a refresh of your Plex library. We have noticed that sometimes it doesn’t pick all the files if it encounters an error while reading the directory. A full rebuild can help in this case.

You can also see the Plex logs to see what’s processing and why it’s skipping certain files. You can attach your Plex logs here as well.

If you can’t find a driver (version 531.61 or higher) for your card, then try switching your profile to use ffmpeg first instead of handbrake and may work.
