Problems with processing recordings with new audio input

I have been using Debut by NCH Software to record programs on my Mac. Until this week I had no problem with MCEBuddy processing these files. Up until now I was using the Debut Virtual Audio Device to record the audio but it has stopped working as of this week. I switched to Loopback by Rogue Amoeba to record the audio. The original MP4 file plays well but MCEBuddy 2.6 abandons the task of processing part way through. I was able to process a very short recording of 2 minutes using Debut & Loopback but the longer programs fail. I can attach the log files if necessary.
The final portion of the log for the failed attempt is below. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like comskip is having trouble processing the file and eventually times out. I also noticed you’re using an old version of Comskip. Try installing the latest BETA version of mcebuddy which contains a newer build of comskip and see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you very much for the support. The Beta version works perfectly. The files have been processed without issue.
