I see it detecting the ads’ but given the clip is very short, Comskip is getting a little mixed up with the start/end of the ads. If you’re using a short clips, I would recommend tuning comskip to create your own custom comskip ini file which is suited for short videos. You can do things like remove the minimum start period and the shortest ad time. Use the comskip ini editor which can help you tune the parameters.
