Conversion unsuccessful for just one file.
Setup used is with HDhome run and Emby Recording.

When you see a failed conversion if click on the Show history link on the main page, it will tell why it’s failed. If you need more details open the conversion log and close to the end of the logs file you’ll see the errors in more details.
From your logs: the issue and how to rectify it:
ERROR> 2019-05-19T16:19:16 MCEBuddy.Engine.ConversionJob → Insufficient temp working disk space avalable in C:\Program Files\MCEBuddy2x\working1. 52207501312 available, required 121090423009
Try reducing the number of simultaneous conversions to reduce free disk space requirements.
ERROR> 2019-05-19T16:19:16 MCEBuddy.Engine.ConversionJob → Insufficient disk space
If you have a lot of concurrent conversions setup MCEBuddy needs to reserve a lot of disk space to ensure that it can handle all the concurrent conversions.
I’ll make a note of this to see if can optimize the space reservation in the next release.
8 concurrent conversions will probably kill your CPU unless you’re using hardware acceleration. Most folks settle at 2-3
EDIT: Free disk space estimation has been improved to be more accurate and reduce the requirements when using multiple concurrent conversions in today’s 2.4.11 BETA build
