I have recently been experiencing problems with MCE Buddy post-processing and have been trying to track it down with plex here:
Unfortunately, none of the settings there have been working, so now I am looking at MCE Buddy settings and if there’s anything there that can be modified/addressed.
The issue is that after MCE processing the metadata seems to get wiped and Plex loses everything on the file, basically wiping it from its database with just the date of the file.
Is there anything in MCE that would account for this post-processing?
The other thing that I have noticed is that during the original process an srt is created and placed in the directory. It used to be that when the process was run again another srt was created and placed in the directory (same name but .srt0 if I recall correctly). This no longer happens and I wonder if this is a piece of the puzzle.
