Custom Cuts doesn't like filenames with # in them

Summary of the problem or suggestion:
Media Load Error when file name contains #.

Steps to replicate the bug:
Trying to open Superstore - s04e20 - #Cloud9Fail.mp4 and get the below error dialog. Remove # from filename and it loads fine.

Seems to be working fine here on Win 10 x64. I think there may be some third party dll plugin installed in your system (possibly a video filter which is loaded when you try to open the file) which throwing the exception when the file is loaded. Try it on a different computer with a fresh install to isolate which component is throwing the exception.

Hadn’t consider that. I’ll give it a shot. I do have the K-Lite Codec Pack installed so probably something in there.
