Custom Command - GUI or no?

Sorry for the noob question. I’m confused. I see lots of people editing the .ini but when I look at the documentation it says " Please DO NOT manually edit the mcebuddy.conf file. As of v2.3.13 ALL configurable parameters (except FFmpegBackupRemux) in mcebuddy.conf can be accessed through the GUI, Settings → Expert Settings page."

I don’t see anything about custom commands in the GUI. I presume the .ini is “C:\Program Files\MCEBuddy2x\config\mcebuddy.conf” ?

Custom commands are part of the profile.conf. And are added/removed via a text editor.
