I am unable to download the premium access file. I can get into the ftp site but when I click to download it asks again for user/password and does not accept what I was given.
There no FTP downloads anymore for security reasons, only HTTP downloads
I’m not trying to use ftp, I’m trying to download from the link given when I paid

Sometimes a firewall, antivirus may interfere so try a different browser and computer and see if that helps (some browsers have issues authenticating as they may not support the protocol).
If you still unable to connect, PM your credentials and I can check it out for you.
