I am unable to download the premium access file. I can get into the ftp site but when I click to download it asks again for user/password and does not accept what I was given.

You can download it from http://premiumaccess.mcebuddy2x.com/ Sometimes a firewall, antivirus may interfere so try a different browser and computer and see if that helps (some browsers have issues authenticating as they may not support the protocol). There no FTP downloads anymore for security reasons, only HTTP downloads
