When recording from Playon Cloud, when trying to remove commercials and other content, 720P recordings fail conversion. 1080P recordings process fine. I have no idea what to do to resolve. I have uploaded the error log.

I don’t know if this will completely solve your issue since it is working for 1080p but not 720p. I am still using playon desktop. For my playon profile I have that it should check for ad markers as playon adds markers for commercials.

This is an issue many folks are facing after the last PlayOn update. If you rollback to version 4.5 it should work fine. See this topic for details and a workaround:
