Tie a Monitor Location to an Encoding Task?

I have one monitor location of D:\Recorded TV and in it I have it encoding only *.wtv files and NOT recursive.

I have a second monitor location of d:\sonarrfiles and it will encode all video types in there recursively.

I have one Conversion Task only that will remove commercials and encode to WTV and drop the files in D:\Recorded TV in subdirectories based on the show.

Problem is items in d:\sonarrfiles already have no commercials. Is it better to just let it loop thru those or is there some way to create a second conversion task for just the files in d:\sonarrfiles? I didn’t see anything in the conversion task that I could filter down to that would guarantee it would use a second conversion task just for d:\sonarrfiles.

For each conversion task in the expert settings page you can link it to monitor locations. That way you can create one to one mapping between monitor locations and conversions tasks. There is a special entry just for “Manually/CLI added locations” also that you can link to the task. You can rest your mouse on any option to see the pop up help. [image] [image]
