It looks like it is not even launching. Sometimes it will cause the conversion to abort (no errors presented to user) or it converts with no commercials being stripped. The resultant XML is basically empty (only “” in it). What would cause SA to not do it’s job?
I uploaded a bunch of log files to the FTP server.
