Separate task for separate sources

I am hoping to set up tasks that a specific to certain source folders. I wanted one folder to be scanned and videos to be trimmed with comskip and converted to mp4. While another source folder I wanted to have trimmed with comskip but no convertion. Both sources are tv shows. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

2.4.8 and older:
You can setup 2 monitor locations, one for each folder
When setup 2 conversion tasks configured as required, in the Conversion Task → Expert Settings page, Check the Select monitor locations box and select which monitor location you want associated with that conversion task.
