Problem extracting Metadata from Plex recorded HDHomerun TV Shows

I have been trying to get this to work properly for days now with no success. I have tried just using it to rename files to be Plex friendly with seasons but no matter what, it does not retrieve the metadata. I am using the latest build (Oct 16) as well. If I just drop the file in Plex tv show folder, it does however find all of it and label the show correctly. Problem is I am removing commercials and then converting to a Roku 3 MP4 file prior. I do not save or add internet metadata as it does not find it anyway. The culprit show is Coronation Street(wife needs to have it and important). I have included the portion of the log file from one of the manually conversions I just did. I have others that I can send that don’t use the %originalfilename% custom renaming. Any help would be grateful.

Oh and I have tried using the TS Unprocessed profile as well. MCEBuddy running on a i5 4270 windows 10 pro 64 plex server. Conversion processes are running local and not on NAS drives. here are my settings.

Expert settings

Oh and it does not matter what show I am processing it will always fail when trying to extract metadata from the original file. This one is more of an issue as it cannot even find a season no.

Please do not copy paste the logs as it makes it difficult to read. Instead please attach the conversion log. All the settings and everything one needs to know about the file and conversion is in the file.

Please attach your logs for future reference.

Your issue is that your files don’t seem to contain metadata.

If you think this isn’t true then upload a copy of your original TS files to the MCEBuddy server. See the Read me before posting topic for details on how to upload the files.
