Plex Post Processing

Im sorry to bother, I was just looking for a basic post processing bat file that would send the recording to MCEbuddy from plex and use the settings I put in MCEbuddy. Just a basic past through.
I have no knowledge of making a bat file, so when i read it , its alien talk to me.
Please can someone help me?
