I used an account that I no longer have access to. Please advise.
This is a common issue when purchasing software, especially if you use a payment method linked to an old email address.
Since you no longer have access to the email account used for the payment, you will need to contact the MCEBuddy support team directly so they can manually verify your purchase and update the email associated with your account.
Unfortunately, this public forum is not the place to share private information like payment details or personal email addresses.
Please send a DM to @Goose with the following details:
- Your current email address (the one you want the account details sent to).
- The email address you used for the purchase (the one you no longer have access to).
- Proof of Purchase: This could be the transaction ID, receipt number, or a screenshot of the payment from PayPal or your bank statement (make sure to obscure any sensitive information).
They will be able to verify the payment and send your Premium Access details to your new email address.
