You may want to start by checking the logs to see what Comskip is detecting (no not). If it’s not detecting any commercials you may want to try to use a different ini file what suits your recording or even make your own ini to make it more aggressive to detect commercials. The default settings are based on the most common channels, other providers/channels may need custom tweaks.
