I have seen this before, but this is the first time that I have been able to verify:
I can see CC/Subtitles in my source TS file.
I run an MCEBuddy conversion with SubTitles included
From what I see in the log, the subtitle process happened and there were no errors
There are no subtitles in the resulting MP4.
Log is attached, any ideas on how this might happen?
thanks

I see there are closed caption reported, but CCExtractor was unable to see them:
2018-02-12T18:34:19 MCEBuddy.AppWrapper.CCExtractor → No captions were found in input.
Can you upload the original recording to our server so we can analyze it?

I don’t know if you had a chance to look at this one yet, but I found another file where the captions exist in the TS but don’t make it into the converted file…

Thanks, this will take some time. We’ve replicated it and trying to figure out why the closed captions aren’t available to be extracted.

Is there anything new on this?
