WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

NOTE: Don’t forget to attach your conversion log or MCEBuddy.log file as appropriate

Bug: it completes the first item in the queue, but due to the error, it never marks it completed so it will attempt to do it again and again.

No error/issue in 2.6.3 beta.

That’s a bad install. You may have tried to upgrade from a version prior to 2.6.2 without first uninstalling the old version which leads to this missing dll error. Reinstalling should fix it or upgrading to 2.6.3 from 2.6.2 will also fix it. You cannot upgrade without uninstalling if you’re on a version prior to 2.6.2
