MCEBuddy converts 1080p to 1920x1088

Hello,

I just updated to MCEBuddy 2.4.7, and I found that the resolution of my files is changing strangely.
Files that start at 1920x1080 come out at 1920x1088 and the extra vertical pixels are changing the aspect ratio.

Oddly enough 1280x720 files remain at the proper resolution of 1280x720. My profile is below, any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks much,

Can you attach your conversion for the file thats showing this issue?

Hi,

I’ve uploaded one of the log files, but you know what, I don’t think this is a MCEBuddy Issue.
All of my recorded shows that should be 1920x1080 are showing in Kodi as 1920x1088 (when i hit the ‘o’ key to bring up the video properties)!

When I open them in VLC and go into Tools -> Codec Information the resolution shows as 1920x1090.
This goes years back…I think even before I started using MCEBuddy. (back when I was using SnapStream BeyondTV to compress OTA shows). Maybe this is just normal.

Thanks nonetheless!
