Hotkeys in CustomCut GUI and add Start and End functions

Summary of the problem or suggestion:
Please add hotkeys for all buttons in the Custom Cuts GUI
I use a Contour Designs Shuttle Xpress to help me interface with video editing applications and would love to be able to not have to switch back to the mouse to click the Start Cut, End Cut and Save EDL buttons.
Also, since I’m typically trimming a section at the start and a section at the end of the file please add Start and End buttons with hotkeys.

Arrow keys on the slider are perfect though, thank you for that.

Added today’s 2.5.5 BETA build. Use the s and e keys as shortcuts to mark the start/end cuts when using the slider.
