FTP not supported in Firefox browser (after Jul 2021)

@Goose
WIth the July 2021 release of Firefox 90, the FTP protocol handler will be completely removed.
You will need to either use another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) or the web (https) version of the download site, or use an FTP app, like WinSCP or Filezilla.

As for uploads (logs, sample files, etc.), is there an alternative URL/method?
Perhaps upload instructions should be updated to note that Firefox does not support FTP required for uploading log and video files for support.

Appreciate the heads up @mike808. Chrome doesn’t support FTP. The easiest way to upload is built into Windows itself, Windows Explorer. Alternatively you can use WinSCP or FileZilla. Is there something in the instructions here that we need to correct?

Of course I did not read the README! Who would have thought of such a thing? :laughing:

I see that there are references to point folks to Filezilla and WinSCP there. I use FF, so the announcement affected me, and prompted my post.
