Thanks for the logs. It appears that you’re using a custom build of Comskip that using a very old code base (0.80.038) which is causing Comskip to fail.

I would recommend using the latest Comskip version or use the default version of Comskip that ships with MCEBuddy (it’s extremely fast, optimized for hardware acceleration, supports upto 16k resolutions and has a few more features). That should fix your issue.
