I know in advanced settings we have options like delay. But since my system can record 12 shows at once or half that amount and the other watching live TV. Is there a way to set up scanning only after 11 pm to 12 pm the next day?
Maybe use a combination of the following settings.
Under System Settings\Expand General and set a schedule.
This will cause conversions to only happen at that time.
Then under your monitoring location\expert settings set a minimum age before processing.
This will set it for that a file in that location has to be older than what you set in the drop down before it will be converted.

No worries, I honestly forget about a lot of the settings available and how they can work with each other.
It just so happens that I had a similar scenario where one of my machines was doing other things during the day and I didn’t want it to process at that time, so I dug around and found that this worked pretty well for me.
I would like the similar option available to me, right now the conversion starts shortly after a recording is done. However my system can hold and handle MCE buddy, and doing multiple MC buddy tasks at once, however the hard drive that it reads from or MCE buddy temp drive may not be able to keep up. That’s my problem now, my DVR drive tacs out 100% during the read and write cycles. I’m hoping this doesn’t cause any issues with the current DVR recordings.
So changing to a time in the night that is less active for recordings may be beneficial for me as well.
At least until I am able to get the new Samsung nve SSD 950 I believe is what they said in the testing. Believe I seen these at Walmart not but a week ago, so I will definitely be on that route soon. Right now I’m using three nve ssd’s but my current ones seem to slow down very very bad when they get warm or hot during long writes cycles. The newer Samsung drive does not seem to do this or as bad to where it’s at least not noticeable, from my brief testing. Regardless if it’s mounted inside of a computer or 3.0 USB adapter. The USB adapter is a little bit slower, but it’s still frisky fast.
If I’m not MCE Buddy my recordings within a few minutes or less on the fly, I would definitely want the timed option even more 
however, isn’t there a delay setting for each detected video? It shouldn’t be much work to put a certain time to do work tasks
