First: Thank you so very much for creating such a valuable and useful product! I’m very satisfied with it! 
I have checked around and long story short, I noticed that converting an MP4 file into a WMV format, whether selecting “WMV Normal” or “WMV High Quality”, the result is a “Windows Media Video 8 (WMV2) Planar 4:2:0 YUV” file and unfortunately this particular encoding doesn’t work for what I need, which is a “Windows Media Video 9 (WMV3)” encoded file.
At the moment I’m working around the situation by using the regular Windows Movie Maker to convert the files, which is kind of inconvenient. So I decided to ask you if there is a way to produce conversions into “Windows Media Video 9 (WMV3)” using MCEBuddy 2.5.4? 
Maybe there is just some sort of a technique I’m not aware of? Your advice will be greatly appreciated!
