Been trying to contact for refund

Hello!

I emailed the following to you 4 days ago, but haven’t heard a response - so, I wanted to try and give this forum a try:

I got MCE Buddy a few days ago, and it is really an astounding piece of software - well done. Unfortunately, though, I may have jumped the gun a bit. I was trying out different stream downloaders to use in conjunction with it, and PlayOn worked really well. I was in the process of demoing a few others, including StreamFab, when I purchased. Well, upon testing out StreamFab, I realized that it removes ads automatically, thus I don’t need MCE Buddy. I’m contacting you respectfully to request a refund. You can verify, but I have completely removed and uninstalled any trace of it from my PC.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. And I really loved the software! I just have no use for it anymore. I would still like to leave you a positive review somewhere if possible. Just let me know where I can do that, and I will do so. Thanks so much, and God Bless!
