I’ve tried several times to login as a new user and nothing happens but it’s telling me I’m wrong.

I thank you for the quick reply, however, it still doesn’t solve my problem. I’m also a webmaster (almost) and I have the same thing on my website as far as your download page goes. For some odd reason, I can type in the correct information username/password that I created myself, and enter the information and it wouldn’t let me download anything. In fact, it kept asking me for my username and password. This deals with the trail version. I would like to try it before getting the premium version.

The trial version doesn’t have any credentials. It’s a link to a public website (videohelp)
Can you share the link that I might be able to click on to download it please?
