Pause or Stop after current conversion complete

Summary of the suggestion:
I would like to have a pause or stop after current conversion completes option.
Sometimes I need to get into settings to make some changes but I don’t want to interrupt the current conversion and also have other conversions in the queue.

I have had this thought as well and would come in handy for the reasons mentioned.
