History File looks at time and date for converting

I’m trying to understand how this feature is different from the Re-monitor feature that already exists, ie. MCEBuddy will re-monitor and reconvert files. So if the original file is created a second time (assuming it was deleted or archived after the initial conversion), it will automatically convert it again.

I think the question was asked here https://discussion.mcebuddy2x.com/t/how-to-turn-off-history-file/4356 The date itself isn’t used by MCEBuddy monitor location, it uses the filename to determine if it’s been converted before. There are additional filters available in the conversion task expert settings page related to previously converted files that you can also check out.
