Help understanding incorrect metadata overwrite

I’m sure that they overwrite using TVDB is the issue on this, but I don’t understand why a file tagged as Season 4 Episode 11 was overwritten as Season 4 Episode 1.

Side question. What is used to extract metadata initially (mediainfo 18.12?). I swear Title and Subtitle are set on file, but output file doesn’t have the subtitle correct.

TVDB is returning the wrong information and you’ve selected the option to override the metadata with TVDB metadata. Why are you forcing mcebuddy to take the tvdb metadata? Leave it on the default setting (no forcing) from the Conversion task → Expert Settings ->Metadata correction page and it’ll only fill in the missing metadata pieces from online sources. Only force overwriting if you know your local metadata is incorrect and that the online source is always more accurate.
