Impossible d'utiliser Handbrake pour "MP4 Normal"

Je suis un nouvel utilisateur et je constate que toutes mes conversions avec le profil « MP4 Normal » semblent utiliser ffmpeg. Je vois Handbrake échouer dans le fichier journal, mais je ne comprends pas la cause. Voici la section pertinente du journal :

Pouvez-vous joindre votre fichier journal de conversion. Il peut y avoir plus d’informations dedans. Avez-vous une carte graphique Nvidia ?

Ok, après beaucoup de lectures, je SUPPOSE que MCEBuddy passe de Handbrake à ffmpeg afin de pouvoir utiliser NVENC avec ma carte Nvidia. Je pensais avoir QSV, mais comme la vidéo de ma carte mère est désactivée, elle n’est pas disponible.

J’aimerais que quelqu’un confirme que c’est bien ce qui se passe.

J’ai donc fait un test rapide, et si je désactive « Encodage matériel », il utilise Handbrake.

Ce que je n’arrive pas à comprendre, c’est a) s’il n’utilise pas Handbrake normalement parce qu’il ne trouve pas QSV, alors b) pourquoi ne semble-t-il pas utiliser NVENC avec ffmpeg (d’après le fichier journal ci-dessus), alors qu’il est détecté ?

Est-ce généralement un problème étrange avec les pilotes ? J’ai tendance à simplement désactiver l’Encodage matériel pour pouvoir utiliser Handbrake, mais j’aimerais d’abord tout comprendre…

Vous avez compris ! C’est exactement ce qui se passe dans les deux cas. Vous pouvez le voir dans votre fichier journal où il détecte le matériel Nvidia et préfère vos encodeurs.

Vous pouvez :

  1. Désactiver la réorganisation (voir les commandes avancées)

  2. Désactiver le matériel et l’encodage sur la page des paramètres d’exportation de la tâche de conversion

  3. Activer votre carte vidéo Intel QSV comme carte principale pour utiliser l’encodage matériel Handbrake.

Je rencontre le même problème mais je n’arrive pas à trouver Désactiver le matériel et l’encodage.

Si vous accédez à votre tâche de conversion, cliquez sur « Paramètres avancés » et faites défiler jusqu’en bas de l’écran, vous trouverez les paramètres experts. Si vous cliquez dessus, vous verrez une case à cocher pour « Accélération matérielle » environ au milieu de la page.
