We switched the order from:

order=ffmpeg,copy

to:

order=copy,ffmpeg

Try this:

Switch back to:

order=ffmpeg,copy

and also make this change:

ffmpeg-ext=.mkv

to

ffmpeg-ext=.ts
ffmpeg-remuxto=.mkv

Does that fix the issue?
