So in which step is MCEBuddy spending all the time? Maybe it’s remuxing the file to mpeg2 and then reconverting it. Not sure without looking at the logs. Maybe if you attach a conversion log we can see what’s going on.

Okay here is a part of the log where it takes all the time, its just where it starts and ends, starts at 1:45:19 and ends at 3:43:39,this is with MKV unprocessed. Excuse me, won’t bother you again.

Common mistake. Use the external folder method to install the donator version in the instructions, it is more permanent and persists across upgrades.

You can open your conversion log file, scroll to the bottom and it tells which activity took the most amount of time.

If it’s commercial detection, are you using the Donator version of Comskip?
