**MOVING TO continue on a previous post since same thing happend at Intermittent hardware encoding failure - #4 by Goose
Mcebuddy was operating fine for about month and I noticed now that my h/w encoding which used to take 20mins is now taking 60 mins plus.
Any help appreciated
