The format looks okay but did you confirm that the channel name matches the metadata in the file? You can go through the conversion log to see what’s being extracted.

Didn’t confirm. I need to figure out how to do that. I went through the logs and don’t see the channel name being extracted for any of these SageTV recording files (*.ts).

You can attach the conversion log. SageTv has it own metadata file that should be provided to MCEBuddy along with the TS file.

I’ve attached the conversion log and properties file for a sample PBS program. I don’t see the channel name in the properties file. PoldarkonMasterpiece-24080030-0.ts-Convert to Sage CS-2017-10-12T15-05-46.1024387-07-00.log (300 KB)

I didn’t either. I will ask in the SageTV forum how/if this info can be accessed. No need to try and strip commercials from channels that don’t have them.
