Need help with a few of my shows not getting metadata & not getting renamed correctly. Anyone have some settings or suggestions I can try?

Probably start by attaching your conversion log so we can see what’s going on.

You’re using an old build:

Also your filename is non standard, see this topic for filenames structures recognized by MCEBuddy:

2.5.2.0 _is_ the latest build. I’m confused.
