When I create a .TS file with NextPVR no subtitles (actually closed captions) are extracted. The subtitles/closed captions are visible when the TS file is opened in Potplayer. I have the DVB files installed and the MCEbuddy subtitle extraction settings correct. When I record the same program with WMC and HDHomerun with the same MCEBuddy settings the subtitles/closed captions are extracted to a SRT file. The log from the TS file recording is empty (as are all my logs when things work ok).

Log files should never be empty unless you’ve set them to only log errors.
