Allow Multiple Passes of ComSkip

Request Type: NEW FEATURE Summary of the problem or suggestion: It would be valuable to allow multiple passes – if not a 2nd pass – of ComSkip. This is for scenarios where, for whatever reason, a 2nd pass seems to remove more commercials than the 1st. More information here: Thank you for any consideration!
