# Metadata lookups failing for movie Stargate The Ark of Truth

I have tried multiple settings, all to no avail (forcing “movie” type, expert settings to override, TMDB and IMDB IDs). Internet connectivity is fine.
I can find the title “Stargate The Ark of Truth” in both The Movie DB and IMDB.
IMDB ID is [tt0942903](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0942903). TMDB ID is [13001](https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/13001-stargate-the-ark-of-truth).
Side note: The expert setttings only prompt for TheTVDB _series_ ID or the IMDB _series_ ID. Not sure if or which one to use for the TMDB ID (or if there is such a thing because the site doesn’t reference it) for a _movie_.
I’m kind of stuck here getting MCEBuddy to embed the metadata for this movie.
Same experience for the other companion film, Stargate Continuum.

Yes it should work for movies also. Have you tried setting it? I think the text on the screen needs to be updated to IMDB ID instead of Series ID

Yes, I’ve tried setting both the IMDB ID and the TMDB ID in an exception override. It still fails to find any metadata or fill in the details.
I also corrected the Premiere Date, also no joy.
Separate issue: My premium access just stopped working.
Took me a while to figure out my premium access had expired.
It would be appreciated if an “upcoming premium access expiration” email could be sent a week before expiration. Renewed premium and am updating to the 20161013 version now, and I saw the release notes about fixes to IMDB metadata retrieval.

Let me know if the latest update has fixed your issues otherwise can you [upload the log](https://discussion.mcebuddy2x.com/t/5076) and original video file to the server so we can replicate it to see what’s going on.
