Purchased premium access, tried unsuccessfully to install.Clicked on "MCEBuddy Setup64 bit, was asked if I would like to install Show Analyzer. Whether I answered yes or no, got “Error 1001: Service marked for deletion”, and installation stopped. I had MCE Buddy working very well on another computer but I purchased a new one. Tried to delete all previous MCE 2x temp files, but it won’t let me, claiming “File is open in MCE Buddy 2x”.

Looks like your windows installer registry may be corrupted. Try using the _[Clean Install](https://discussion.mcebuddy2x.com/t/24)_ instructions from this topic

Otherwise you may need to repair your windows setup to fix your registry issues.

Success! Your sequential instructions finally helped me to eliminate the old MCEBuddy files and install the program successfully. It works even faster than before. Thank you so much for your help.
